Job: Registered Manager (Children)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

A fantastic new opportunity has become available for a Children`s Home Manager with an award-winning company providing residential support services specialising in Autism and complex needs.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible with the overall management of the residential service, ensuring regulatory compliance and the highest standards of support for children and young people living both within the home, as well as attending the on-site education facility. You will encourage a culture that feels welcoming and safe, and coach and mentor the staff team to achieve positive outcomes.

If you are an experienced Registered Children`s Manager, and have the QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children and Young people) or are working towards, this may be the perfect role for you!
