An exciting registered manager opportunity has become available with a leading provider of supported living and residential care services. This role requires the successful registered manager to oversee the operational day to day running of supported living settings across the Derby and Nottingham regions.
Employed an a full time basis, with the requirement to register with CQC and share the on call, you will work with an established team of service managers, team leader and support staff to deliver high quality person centred care and support, whilst maintaining homely, warm and safe environments for the people who reside here.
Other areas of responsibility will include:
* Staff recruitment, training and supervisions
* Rota management
* Care and support planning
* Finance and budgeting
* Attending external training and management meetings
* Shared on call
* Business growth and development
To be considered for this exciting role, you will hold a relevant care management qualification (or be working towards this), demonstrate several years working in the care field at management level, hold a good CQC rating and be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
In return, you will receive a competitive annual salary circa £32000, generous annual leave allowance, pension, paid mileage and access to continued training.
