Role: Registered Manager
Salary: £35,000
Location: Near Radstock
Contract: Permanent, full time

We are proud to be recruiting for an amazing home in Radstock who support people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The goal of your team is to help enable the people in your care to live independently and achieve their life goals.

You'll be managing a team to provide high quality 1-2-1 support and ensure that the care is delivered in a person centred way.

About you
Experience managing a team of support workers,
Have your Level 5 or happy to work towards it,
Have knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards,
Be organised and have strong written and verbal communication.
