Does between £36,000 - £45,000 Basic Salary with an OTE of another £7000 - £8000 in Bonuses sounds like a salary you have in mind?

My Client is currently looking for an experienced Children`s Registered Manager with a proven background managing Children`s Residential Homes for either EBD, Learning Disabilities or Mental Health.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE:

NVQ HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE LEVEL 5 LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT

AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A REGISTERED MANAGER POST WITHIN CHILDREN`S RESIDENTIAL

DRIVING LICENSE AND ACCESS TO OWN CAR

SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF OFSTED LEGISLATION AND MINIMUM STANDARDS

In return you will receive an amazing salary between £36,000 - £45,000 alongside significant benefits including OFSTED Bonus, up to 6 weeks Annual Leave, Company Laptop and Mileage allowance!
