Registered Manager
Adults Residential Home - Autism
Crewkerne
£37,000

Would you like to join a well-established Care Provider and an upbeat team that is passionate about changing the world for everyone with Autism?

Key to the role will be cultivating a positive team culture, ensuring your service is a great place to work, acting as a role model and demonstrating good practice to other members of the team. You`ll do this by to demonstrating the key values of this organisation.

You`ll be responsible for proactively managing your team, the quality of the service, the rota, and the budget.

You will have experience in management of a similar setting within the care sector and be confident dealing with people who have Autism.

What we`re looking for
You`ll need to have experience knowledge and experience working with adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities
Level 4/5 in social care/management or equivalent
The skills to lead and motivate others, work as part of a team and strive for excellence
Be reliable and committed to delivering best practice and have excellent organisational, interpersonal and report writing skills
