Job Description

I am currently working with a leading provider in learning disabilities that are looking to increase their portfolio of services, by opening a new setting providing care under the Transforming Care Act in the Stafford area. They have an exciting opportunity to join them as a registered manager.

Your key duties and responsibilities will consist of:
" Report daily to your line manager and other relevant departments to; communicate feedback information, House or Service issues including cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance. Any incidents, completion of Manager Checklists, H & S Audits, Medication Audits and M.A.R. sheets
" Ensure all records are kept up to date and weekly checks are completed and recorded
" Ensure that care plans are kept up to date and that all staff have read them and understood them
" Support the senior management team and attend meetings regarding CQC, budgets and finance and referrals.
" Organise, attend and chair six monthly reviews with the people we support, key support worker, social worker, and relevant family members. These reviews should be documented and stored in the people we support`s file
" Work with your team to meet and exceed CQC expectations and lead them from the front and set an example.
" Develop your team and ensure that they are always exceeding themselves, representing the brand and building a career path

This opportunity is perfect for someone that has been a registered manager within the learning disabilities field and is competent providing packages of support for adults with complex needs and behaviours.

An extensive understanding of the Transforming Care Act, level 5 in leadership and management, flexibility to cover the on-call rota and a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is ESSENTIAL to be considered for this exciting role.
