Registered Manager
Gloucester
Salary £38000 with travel expenses.

Service is based in Gloucester but would suit someone living around commutable distance. As a registered Manager, you will be part of an organisation that will support you to strive and reach your full potential. As a Registered Manager you will be responsible to oversee the running of the service and ensure a high quality of care is delivered and maintained.

The role
Lead 5 Team managers and lead the teams in specified areas (Gloucester/Wiltshire/Worcester)
Manage all services to CQC compliancy standards and improving the services rating.

You will also support the Regional Assistant Director in improving the services and developing leadership skills. The successful candidate will have a Level 5, CQC compliance, Senior management experience ( 2 years). Learning disabilities is preferred however we will welcome candidates who are value driven.
