BRAND NEW opportunity for a Registered Children Home Manager!

Working for an excellent provider of Residential Childcare, a brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager to work in a new children`s home in in Oswaldtwistle, working for a well-established and successful organisation.

The role will be to provide day to day management of a 2 bedded EBD home, adhering to the company policy & Procedures and OFSTED regulations, staff recruitment and ensuring the general day to day smooth running of the home.

You will be able to make a real impact and work towards the company mission and values. Your ability to make a difference and proven track record of managing a residential children home will be key!

Ideally you will have minimum 1 years` experience of management within a residential children home, ideally hold diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management and have a real passion and commitment to the role, Deputy Manager experience or Senior level experience within the last 5 years` will also be considered. You will have a flexible approach to working, be committed and hold a full UK driving licence.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be offered a competitive salary of £32,000, plus benefits including pension scheme, annual leave entitlement of 28 days, mileage returned and an opportunity to work for a progressive organisation with exciting plans to develop.
