This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to oversee a Supported Living Service and Residential service for Adults with Learning Disabilities, within the Preston area.
You will be working for a well-established company who provides person-centred care services to Young Adults and Adults across the UK.
As the Registered Manager you will need to promote an enabling environment, ensuring high standards of professional practice, whilst achieving compliance with external regulatory standards. The two services are currently rated as 'Good on all fronts' (supported living, May 2017) and 'Good on all fronts' (Residential care, December 2018), and both have agreed action plans.
You will provide specific management, support, advice and motivation to each staff team to ensure that the people who choose our growing services are supported to be as independent as possible and achieve their goals. You will live and promote a person-centred approach.
The Successful candidate will hold or be working towards a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and you must hold strong experience with Learning Disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that challenge.
In return for your hard work and commitment you will work Monday-Friday, the salary will be starting at £28,993 in addition to development, training and on-going progression.
