Job Description

Are you an experienced Registered Manager and looking for your next challenge?

I am currently working closely with a well established company who specialise in care and support for adults with learning disabilities. They are looking for a confident and experienced individual who is enthusiastic and ready to help shape the service and work with both employees and service users to achieve goals.

Your responsibilities will include compliance is met with the CQC regulations and you will coordinate recruitment processes. You will facilitate training and development where needed within your team to ensure they are skilled and can support to the best of their abilities also motivating them.

To be considered for interview you will have NVQ level 5 or equivalent or willingness to complete this. You will also have knowledge of current legislation and of the active support model. You must have proven experience with working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs and at least 2 years experience in managing and leading a team.
