An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee a residential home for Children and Young People that have experienced trauma and abuse.

You will be working for an organisation that provides specialist therapeutic environments and support to young people who have been subjected to abuse, neglect and trauma.

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the registration of the home, ensuring the home is compliant and working in line with Ofsted Quality Standards. You will ensure the successful delivery of the therapeutic recovery programme to all young people and ensure the effective and efficient day to day operations of the home.

We are looking for a confident and dedicated individual who is passionate to making a difference to the lives of Young People.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management and have atleast 2 years experience as a Deputy Manager, managing a Children and Young People's residential home. Full UK Driving License with access to your own car is essential.
