Domiciliary Care Organisation based in Swindon is seeking an experienced Registered Manager
with the skills, knowledge and experience to manage the service

Registered Home Manager main responsibilities
o Manage day to day running and undertake running of the service.
o Ensure compliance in relation to CQC and all areas of regulation
o Comply with all policies and procedures
o Assessing, monitoring and evaluating the needs of the service users

Registered Manager essentials
o Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
o Experience on a management level
