I am currently recruiting for a Registered Manager based in Doncaster.

The position is working with a company who are one of the UK`s leading providers of support services for people with diverse and often complex needs in community settings.

They are looking for someone with high standards of their professional practice and someone that can step into this role giving advice and motivating the staff teams. You will have a confident attitude and you will help ensure that the service users are supported in an in-dependant environment and helping them achieve their goals.

To be considered for this position you will have a relevant qualification at level 5 in care management or equivalent. You will need a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar setting and at least 3 years in management.

You must have good knowledge and understanding of IT and you will have to have a highly flexible approach to the people who use the service.
