We are working with one of the leading providers of adult learning disability, autism and challenging behaviour services within the UK on their search for a Registered Manager for their service based in Plymouth, Devon

This service supports individuals with learning disabilities and autism, so we are ideally looking for a Registered Manager who has experience of managing teams and supporting individuals within similar care settings.

We are looking for a dedicated Manager who will support people within the service and who will actively seek out opportunities for individuals to support and develop their skills and confidence. Including directing and managing staff teams to do the same.

We will also need a real emphasis and insistence on providing the best possible quality service which the Registered Manager will lead whilst inspiring your team to do the same, with a person-centred support and care.
