I have an outstanding opportunity available for a registered manager to join a national, leading provider and oversee the day to day management of an established residential scheme for adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours in Warwickshire.

As the registered manager of this stunning residential scheme, you will be work closely with an established senior manager and receive support and guidance from a number of internal departments such as HR, finance and training.

Employed on a full time basis, you will play a key role in promoting an environment that focuses on independent, choice and dignity, whilst maintaining high standards and achieving compliance.

You will effectively manage your staff team, and inspire them to deliver a person-centred service.

This is the perfect opportunity for a highly committed, professional and motivated manager who strives to make the lives of the people they support dignified and fulfilling.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate a proven background within the learning disabilities field and have experience of managing residential care services. A formal care management qualification and eligibility to register with CQC as a manager.

In return you will receive a generous salary of £35000, plus a further increase following registration with CQC as a manager, continued training and development and other generous benefits.
