I am currently working with a leading provider in learning disabilities that are looking to add their award-winning team in Birmingham. They have an exciting opportunity to join them as a field based registered manager. You will be based at Head office and make regular service visits to your services.
Your key duties and responsibilities will consist of ;
Report daily to your line manager and other relevant departments in order to; communicate feedback information, House or Service issues including cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance. Any incidents, completion of Manager Checklists, H & S Audits, Medication Audits and M.A.R. sheets
Ensure all records are kept up to date and weekly checks are completed and recorded
Ensure that care plans are kept up to date and that all staff have read them and understood them
Support the senior management team and attend meetings regarding CQC, budgets and finance and referrals.
Organise, attend and chair six monthly reviews with the people we support, key support worker, social worker and relevant family members. These reviews should be documented and stored in the people we support`s file
Work with your team to meet and exceed CQC expectations and lead them from the front and set an example.
Develop your team and ensure that they are always exceeding themselves, representing the brand and building a career path
For your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary of £35,000 to £42,000, training and development and the chance to grow your career.
