I have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to run a residential service for young females aged 11-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

You will have experience working as a Registered Manager in Children's services in order to hit the ground running. You will be instrumental in turning around this home and making necessary improvements. The role will offer you significant personal and career development opportunities.

You will have an understanding of the commercial elements involved in the running of a Residential Home along with excellent social skills.

My client is offering a significant salary package for the right candidate due to the potential opportunities to be personally involved in this business in the future.

The salary potential is up to £85,000 per annum.
