Registered Manager - Children & Young People

Derby

£40,000 - £45,000

This leading provider of long term residential care to children & young people are keen to recruit a Registered Manager for their service based in Derby for 4 young people.

We are looking for an individual who has the experience and personality to lead, direct and manage a team within the service, at all times ensuring the safety and well being of residents. Its the Registered Manager's responsibility to ensure that the quality of care provided not only meets company expectations but those of OFSTED ensuring at least "good" registration.

Essential Criteria

• It is essential that you are EITHER Level 3 qualified in Residential Childcare and willing to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & management for Children & Young People or that you are already Level 5 qualified.
• You will need to have worked within an Ofsted rated services for a minimum of 2 years previously and of course have the knowledge and understanding of CHR (2015 and Social care common inspection framework (SCCIF).

This is a great opportunity for a Deputy looking to "step up" or an already established Registered Manager who meets the above criteria.
