I am currently recruiting for a registered manager to become a pivotal part of a national provider of residential childcare and education, based within one of their residential services in the Sandwell and Dudley region. The company specialises in the delivery of innovative, person centred and bespoke support for individuals requiring social, emotional and behavioural support and complex care.
This is an exciting role for an already established children`s registered manager who is looking to secure a job with an employer who values the development of their employees and is committed to both mandatory and external training. Your job as registered manager will be varied and will include not only the operational day to day management of an established home, but also overseeing quality and compliance, liaising with external agencies, finance management but most importantly, supporting the individuals in your care to achieve the best possible social, emotional, behavioural and educational opportunities available to them. You will play a key role in planning and overseeing social activities and really will be responsible for making a difference to the individuals in your care.

To be considered for this job role, you will have a proven background working under OFSTED policies and procedures as a registered manager or within a deputy manager capacity and be able to demonstrate a number of years in this role. You will be suitably qualified and hold the RMA/QCF 5 or equivalent and hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. As with all managerial roles, you will be required to have flexibility to work additional hours and the "on call" rota as required.
In return for your extensive skills and experience, you will benefit from a competitive salary up to £34, 000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. You will also have the opportunity to top up your salary with an achievable bonus based on pre-agreed KPIs.
