Registered Manager - Children`s Residential
Salford/Manchester

£60,000++ Package (Includes Incentives/bonuses up to £14,500)

We are looking for a Registered Manager who has the experience and expertise to take on this rewarding role that helps children/young people believe in themselves and grow their confidence, whilst offering the best possible residential care available at the same time at this service based in Salford/Manchester

We need your expertise in compliance and Children Home Regulations and your ability to ensure that your home is always of a high standard when it comes to quality and care. Leading your team, we need you to be motivating and inspirational.

This is a 4 bedded service, good in all areas and currently well settled.

Essential Criteria: -

• You will hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children`s and Young People`s QCF or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Children & Young People`s Services.
• You will have a minimum of 2 year`s experience of managing an OFSTED home that carries at least a good OFSTED rating OR be a Deputy Manager, with at least 2 years Deputy experience looking for that next step into management.
