Registered Manager (Dementia Specialism)

Job Description

Highly experienced Registered Care Manager required for a purpose built, residential setting specialising in dementia care and support for older adults in the Tamworth area. This is a full time role, with shared on call requirements.

I am looking for someone to commence employment relatively quickly so minimal notice period and a DBS on the update service would be ideal, where possible.

You will become part of a supportive, forward thinking organisation and be committed to overseeing the day to day running of this service for adults aged 55 years and over.

Your role as manager will require you to work with the head of service and deliver a setting which is of a high standard. You will manage your team effectively, as well as budgetary requirements and quality and compliance.

To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience within the management of residential care services for older adults and have an extensive understanding of dementia care and support.

A formal care management qualification, excellent communication skills and proven CQC knowledge and experience are essential for this role. You will be competent overseeing service delivery and improvements and be able to evidence successful and effective change management within a previous role.


In return for your extensive skills and experience, you will receive a generous salary up to £45000 per annum, continued training and development, generous annual leave allowance and other exciting benefits.
