Care Home Manager
£35,000 - £45,000
You will lead and develop the provision of sustainable registered care services for elderly residents, in compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and our clients mission and values.
As Registered Manager, you'll oversee and champion high-quality care provision, meeting CQC requirements, ensuring residents are treated with respect and dignity and lead fulfilling lives. You'll also be a strong and supportive leader. This means where behaviours align with values, and everyone knows what is expected from them. In return you will ensure high levels of staff engagement, with the necessary capacity and capability to ensure sustainable service provision.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
You'll have a relevant care related qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4/5, Diploma in Social Welfare/Community Support). Equally, you must be able to demonstrate experience working at a management level in a similar (ideally elderly care) person centred care and support role within a registered care setting, ideally with evidence of favourable CQC compliance ratings.
And alongside that you will also have strong knowledge of and ability to apply the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010, the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 and the Care Act 2014/15.
