LOCATION: NEWCASTLE UPON TYNE
SALARY: £30,000 - £32,000

BS Social Care are proud to be currently assisting a large, and reputable Care provider in their search for an experienced Registered Manager to assist in the smooth running and provision of quality care and support to elderly users in their own homes.

The role will involve the day to day management of a team of dedicated staff, overseeing recruitment, interviewing, training and staff rotas.

To maintain a high quality CQC compliant service, delivering in excess of 2500 care and support hours every week.

To manage the Care Co-ordination Team and the Care team.

Maintaining budgets and adhering with the company`s policies and procedures.

To ensure that a high quality domiciliary care service is provided which meets the needs of the Customers and maintains the Customers' dignity and independence.


Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:
- NVQ Level 4 in Management or Health & Social Care
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar managerial role
- Driver/own transport is essential
