I am currently recruiting for a registered manager of an independent domiciliary company. Since 2005 they have been offering compassionate and professional care for the elderly, those convalescing in their own homes, and disabled adults who need extra support to live independently.
They are seeking a registered manager to join and lead their team of 70 staff across Stoke on Trent, Leek, Stafford and Staffordshire, serving over 160 clients. You will be responsible for team meetings, CQC, supervisions and one to ones. Meetings with the directors and shareholders. Family liaisons, rotas, referrals and on call.
To be successful within this role you need to be a proactive and organised person, preferably with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management. You can either already be a registered manager or a strong deputy looking for that next step up. You will have a strong background in care and have a passion for person centred care. You will also have strong CQC knowledge and be a driver.
For all your hard work you can expect a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 with 28 days holiday allowance, pension plan and continued career development.
