I am seeking a skilled and experienced registered manager to oversee the running of a small, homely elderly care home in Walsall.

You will join an independent provider who is committed to promoting choice and independence for older adults, some of whom have a dementia diagnosis.

Employed on a full time basis, you will oversee the day to day running of this 20 plus bedded service and will be committed to driving forward GOOD CQC ratings.

You will be responsible for care and sup[port planning, staff recruitment and training, internal auditing and liaising with external agencies.

You will be required to register with CQC as the registered manager and share on call responsibilities.

To be considered for this role, you will:
* Have proven experience within elderly care services
* Hold a relevant care management qualification
* Have excellent CQC knowledge and experience

In return, you will receive a salary up to £30000 per annum dependent on experience, on going training and development and access to other benefits.
