I am looking for a hands-on, forward thinking registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a beautiful, purpose built service for older adults with nursing and residential care needs in Stoke-On-Trent.
You will join a well-respected and established provider, who values their staff and is committed to the delivery of high quality care and support.

As forward-thinking, professional manager, you will hold registration with CQC and oversee the day to day running of this large, yet homely service.
You will be responsible for all elements of management, including compliance and governance, finance management and supporting and inspiring your team to deliver the best quality of care possible.
You will lead from the front, and play a key role in ensuring your service is fully compliant with CQC and is recognised as the chosen care provision in the local community.
I am looking for a registered manager who always goes the extra mile for their service, staff team and the people they support. You will be person-centred, dynamic and compassionate.
A formal care management qualification is essential to be considered for the exciting role, as is considerable experience within a registered manager for elderly care services.
A nursing qualification is desirable, but not essential to be considered for this role.
