An exciting opportunity has become available for a registered manager to join a reputable, recognised provider of residential and extra care for older adults just South of Birmingham, on the Worcestershire borders.
This role is initially for a fixed term period of 9 months to cover maternity, with the possibility of other exciting opportunities becoming available after this term.
You will oversee the day to day running of a stunning, 40 plus bedded service, ensuring choice, independence and dignity is maintained and encouraged for the people who live here.
You will work closely with a highly knowledgeable and experienced area manager, and will be responsible for the management, mentoring and coaching of a multi-disciplinary staff team.
Record keeping, managing finances, tenancy support and ensuring quality and compliance will all form part of your role as registered manager.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate a proven background as a manager within the extra care, sheltered housing or domiciliary care field. A level 5 in health and social care, or equivalent plus a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
In return for your fabulous skills, knowledge and experience, you will receive a generous salary of £34103 pro-rata plus other exciting benefits.
