Highly experienced Extra Care Manager required for a purpose built, independent living setting for older adults with a dementia diagnosis in Coventry.
You will become part of a supportive, forward thinking organisation and be committed to overseeing the day to day running of this modern, yet homely extra care setting.
Your role as manager will require you to work with the head of service and deliver a setting which is of a high standard. You will manage your team effectively, as well as budgetary requirements and quality and compliance.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate significant experience within the management of care settings, ideally extra care services, for older adults, including adults with a dementia diagnosis.
A formal care management qualification, excellent communication skills and proven CQC knowledge and experience are essential for this role.
You must also demonstrate a good CQC rating and have outstanding dementia care knowledge.
