Job Description

I am looking for a competent, professional and person centred registered manager who wants to oversee a Good rated service for adults with a mental health diagnosis with complex behaviours in the Ashfield area of Nottingham.

You will become a key member of a forward thinking organisation who specialise in providing care and support for adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs throughout the UK.

As manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management of this already, good rated service. You will continue to deliver outstanding care and support in line with both company and CQC guidelines, maintaining, if not increasing the recognition received by CQC and the families of the people who reside here.

You passion for care will inspire your staff team to promote a warm, calm and homely environment that has a key focus on choice, independence and dignity.

Other areas of responsibility will include care and support planning, staff recruitment and training, staff supervisions, liaising with external agencies and budget management.

A professional, driven and organised manager, who leads by example and knows what good quality care is, would compliment this service and would thrive with this established provider.

To be considered for this role, you must:
* Demonstrate a proven background within residential care and support for adults with a mental health and/or learning disabilities diagnosis.
* Be a skilled deputy manager looking for your first managerial role or a competent registered manager who is ready for their next challenge
* Hold the level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
