I have an outstanding opportunity available for a registered manager to join a national, leading provider and oversee the day to day management of a small supported living service in the Worcester area. This purpose built service provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities and complex care needs.

As the registered manager, you will be work closely with an established senior manager and receive support and guidance from a number of internal departments such as HR, finance and training.

Employed on a full time basis, you will play a key role in promoting an environment that focuses on independent, choice and dignity, whilst maintaining high standards and achieving compliance. The CQC report for this service has identified where some improvements need to be made but this will not be an issue for an experience manager.

You will effectively manage your staff team, and inspire them to deliver a person-centred service.

To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate a proven background within the learning disabilities field and have experience of managing residential care services. A formal care management qualification and eligibility to register with CQC as a manager.

In return you will receive a generous salary of £28000, plus a further increase following registration with CQC as a manager, continued training and development and other generous benefits.
