Job Description

I am seeking an exceptional registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a small residential setting for adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours in the Birmingham region.

You will join a national, well respected provider and be a key member of their managerial team.

Employed on a full time basis, you will oversee the day to day running of this service, ensuring the people who reside here are treated with respect and dignity, and lead a fulfilling and active life.

You will lead on staff management, quality and compliance, budget management and ensuring your service is achieving or exceeding company and CQC standards.

It is essential that you have experience within the learning disabilities/mental health sector and have supported adults with challenging behaviours. You will be able to demonstrate managerial experience within residential settings for adults with learning disabilities and hold a minimum of NVQ level in health and social care.

You will already hold or be working towards the level 5 in leadership and management, or be committed to achieving this.

Your extensive knowledge, skills and experience, will be rewarded with a generous salary up to £28000 per annum, continued training and development and other exciting benefits.
