On behalf of a well respected national provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities, I am seeking a registered manager to oversee the day to day running of one their small, homely services in the Birmingham area.
You will oversee the management of a small service set in the heart of Birmingham that has great access to facilities in the local community.
As manager, you will work with an established team, supporting with everyday living skills that promote independence. You will be responsible for ensuring your service promotes an environment which is person centred and meets the individual needs for each person who lives here.
You will be an outcome focused manager and be committed to promoting choice, independence and dignity.
I am seeking applications from hands on candidates who can demonstrate a proven background in a managerial role for a similar service and who have excellent CQC knowledge and experience.
A formal care management qualification and flexibility to share the on call rota are also essential requirements of this role.
