As registered manager you will oversee the day to day running of small and person-centred residential setting for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours on the outskirts of Birmingham city centre.

You will be responsible for all elements of running this successful service, from care and support planning to staff recruitment and quality and compliance.

You will be an inspirational manager who leads by example and develops excellent relationships with the external agencies, and most importantly, the people who are in your care.

You will be pro-active, professional, driven and committed to going the extra mile for your setting and the people who live here.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant care management qualification, be able to demonstrate proven experience in a managerial capacity for a similar CQC registered setting and have flexibility to share the on call rote.

In return for your fantastic skills, qualifications and experience, you will receive a competitive salary circa £35000. A generous annual leave allowance, continued training and development and career progression are available with this role.
