Job Description

I have an exciting REGISTERED MANAGER opportunity with an established and trusted provider of services for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs. With over 60 residential and supported living sites nationwide, now is an excellent time to join this fantastic organisation.

I am currently recruiting for a registered manager to oversee a handful of services, which specialise in care and support for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and dual diagnosis. Your new services will be in the Derby and Chesterfield areas and consist of residential and supported living care and support.

As the registered manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of service, you will support your staff team, motivate them, and ensure person centred care is being delivered. You will also ensure that the best standards of care are maintained and exceeded.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will demonstrate:
" Proven experience within the social care sector, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours.
" Experience within a managerial capacity, such as registered manager, care manager or deputy manager
" A formal care qualification, with a minimum of the level 3 in health and social care
" Driver with access to your own vehicle
" Flexibility to share the on-call rota and travel, as and when required, to meet the needs of the service
