Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities
Gloucester
£35,000
Starting ASAP

We are looking for a well experienced manager to take over the running of a 9 bed Care home supporting adults with Learning Disabilities.

The role as a Registered Manager you will be the key driver for service delivery and people management, assessments, etc. You will have the support from the senior management and well established team, already in place.

About you
Minimum Level 5 or equivalent
Experience of working in a similar setting and with Learning Disabilities
Strong management background.
Reliability and commitment to delivering best practice, troubleshooting and continuous improvements
Excellent organisational, interpersonal and report writing skills
The skills to lead and motivate others, work as part of a team and strive for excellence
