Are you a registered manager looking to provide high quality homecare? Do you have experience supporting service users and specialise in complex, clinical and reablement care?
As a registered manager you will work closely with the NHS and local authorities to support individuals to live independently in their own homes and achieve their own outcomes. Our client is looking for a registered manager who will aim to deliver high quality service for their clients.
As a service manager you will be expected to:
1) Work in a collaborative way with other agencies and stakeholders such as agencies, care homes, nursing home, clinics, private sector hospitals. You will also be expected to manage demand, control costs, assure quality, resolve issues and encourage partnership.
2) You will be expected to promote teamwork within and across the branch network.
3) You will be expected to put the clients and patients best interest first.
4) As a registered manager you will be expected to follow CQC regulations and work in line with legislations.
The successful candidate would hold a NVQ level 5 in Leadership & Management, a successful registration with CQC registered manager, create and record a minimum of 5 days relevant CPD per year
