Job Description

I am currently recruiting for a Registered manager of a brand new mental health service in Erdington in Birmingham. This leading national provider is looking for an established registered manager for a 6 bed residential service. They provide high quality care and support to adults of working age with enduring mental health needs and brain acquired injuries.

A skilled, care focused individual, you will already be working within a similar setting and have a passion for the delivery of person-centred care and support. Ideally, you will have already managed a successful, compliant service which focuses on the provision of care and support for adults with a mental health diagnosis. Within this role, you will be responsible for all operational day to day responsibilities of running the home, deliver person centred care as required and ensure that all occupancy is maintained.

You will also hold the NVQ 4 in health and social care or QCF Level 5 in leadership and management for health and social care. A driven, motivated and compassionate individual, you will lead by example and be able to remain calm within a challenging environment. You must have a proven background managing mental health services for adults.

In return for your excellent knowledge and experience, you will benefit from a competitive salary of £32,500 to £37,500 based on experience and annual leave allowance as well as other fantastic career opportunities.
