Job Description

Job Role: Registered Manager
Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire
Setting: New, state of the art care home supporting older adults with complex dementia and adults with working age mental health needs
Salary: £45000 - £50000 including achievable annual bonus, car allowance and generous paid mileage allowance.

In partnership with an established, high-quality provider, opportunities have become available for a skilled registered manager to oversee their working age mental health service and their service for older adults with complex and challenging dementia needs. The services are situated on the same site in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.

Their mission is to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where residents can live their lives to the fullest while receiving the highest quality care.


Within the mental health setting, you will be providing personalised care and support for adults with mental health diagnoses such as working age and alcohol related dementia, depression, schizophrenia, Asperger's, and Autism. Whilst in the other service, you will focus purely on support for older adults with dementia who display challenging behaviours.

The Role:


You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of your residents and the smooth operation of your service. You will oversee all aspects of day-to-day management, including:

  • Leading and inspiring a dedicated team of caregivers and support staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents and their families.
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.


Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid and up-to-date care management qualification.
  • A deep understanding of mental health and/or dementia care.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in care delivery.
