I am currently working with an excellent provider of residential support for vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. They have an excellent opportunity to join their team as a registered manager of a MENTAL HEALTH 6 Bed Service in Birmingham.

As a registered manager you will be reasonable for exceeding the current CQC rating from a GOOD to an EXCELLENT. You will also be reasonable for referrals, care plans and PBS. Staff supervisions, training and development. You will lead from the front and be creative and innovative in the way things are done. Be a key contact to the families of residents. Have a person-centred focus and always promote independence, choice and dignity to all of the residents.

To be considered for this role you must have the following;

" Be a registered manager or a strong deputy looking for their next step up
" Have excellent time management skills and be able to work on your own initiative
" Have a QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management
" Have a good knowledge of CQC rules and regulations

For your hard work and commitment to the service and the organisation you can expect a salary of up to £30,000. Continued training and development. Health care and pension plans. Sick pay benefits and an annual leave allowance of 32 days per year plus duvet days.
