Job Description

We are working with one of the UK's most established and well regarded care providers on their search for a Home Manager, who is also nurse qualified to manage their 35 bedded service in Ipswich, Suffolk.

This is a beautiful home in a stunning location, well established and regarded locally and with a "good" CQC rating.

Requirements:-

• Its essential that you are a qualified nurse (NMC Registered/UK Pin No) to apply for this role
• You will have experience in managing, leading and motivating a busy clinical and care team
• Your business acumen, ability to converse with internal and external stakeholders and potential residents and their family's will allow you to grow the business, at the same time as ensuring the best possible care is provided at all times
• We need a decision maker, who is a whizz on CQC and regulatory standards
