My Client is currently looking for a qualified and experienced registered manager to join their team and open up a new 4 bedroom EBD children home in the Stockport area.
Within this role you will be classed as off shift so you will not be involved with the over all count of the home, but the ability to work occasional weekends and bank holidays, as and when required to meet the quality standards set by current legislation and the organisation, in response to a perceived need by the Responsible Individual. You will also be required to work the managers on call rota as dictated by the company.
The main duties of the role is to oversea the complete running of the house, you will need to make sure all service users/ staff/ parents etc are fully communicated with and are all safe whilst in the house, Making sure all health and safety is followed at all times and everyone is safe. Also making sure that all care plans, guidlines, and company policies are adhered to at all times, You will also need to make sure all budgets and financing for the homes are managed correctly and kept up to date.
