An EXCITING opportunity has become available for a registered manager to join a well respected, professional organisation within their specialist service in Walsall.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day management of a small residential setting for adults with physical and learning disabilities.

As registered manager, you will become a key member of a developing and highly regarded provider who are going from strength to strength within the care sector.

Employed on a full time basis, you will oversee the day to day running of your residential setting and ensure that the people you support live independent and healthy lifestyles.

You will be responsible for all managerial aspects of the home, ensuring the best stand of care is delivered at all times.

You will work closely with your team to ensure quality and compliance is adhered too and the service receives positive outcomes from both CQC and internal audits.

A great leader, you will have outstanding communication skills and be committed to the delivery of person centred care and support.

Perhaps you are an extremely competent deputy manager seeking your first manager role, or a skilled registered manager looking to move to a different provider?
