An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled, motivated and passionate manager who can demonstrate a proven background managing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, Acquired Brain Injury and other complex needs within their Kidderminster based services.
You will become part of a well respected, care focused and entrepreneurial provider who is committed to the delivery of high quality care and support, the promotion of independence and modern, person centred practices of care.
Employed on full time basis, you will lead a team of care staff in the provision of high-quality person-centred care. You will be responsible for increasing service recognition and ensuring that the service is compliant with both company an CQC guidelines.
Your duties will be varied and will also include, support planning, budget management, staff supervisions, appraisals and training. You will share the "on call" rota and have input in the growth and development of new services.

You will hold or be willing to work towards the QCF 5 in leadership and management for care services, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle and be willing to register with CQC as the registered manager.
