Job Description

Registered Manager - Saundersfoot
37.5 Hours per Week
£22,000 - £26,000

Our client is a rapidly growing sector-leading provider of specialist services for children and adults with complex needs associated with autism. Their homes and schools provide a safe, happy and stimulating environment for the individuals they support, within a framework of lifelong learning. Their focus is on supporting individual needs as well as their strengths, interests and aspirations, in order to help them to become as independent and fulfilled as possible.

The Role; To be responsible for the overall management of the home, accountable for all resources and budgets, ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework to deliver positive outcomes of care and high levels of employee advocacy, and promoting a positive high performing culture to ensure your home is viewed as a great place to work.

" Qualified to QCF Level 5 Health and Social Care - Adults

You`ll also ideally have relevant work or life experience in a similar environment where you can apply your skills in this new role.

In addition, it would also be great if you have:
" An awareness of Positive Behavioural Support ( PBS ) frameworks
" Knowledge on Safeguarding Processes
" Health and Safety Legislation
