** 13 beds Home **
** Watton, Thetford **
** £37 000 **
** Permanent / Full time **
** 37.5 hours per week**


BS Social Care are currently working in partnership with a well establish care company that specialises in supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, as well as people with autism and dementia.

We are looking for resilience and hardworking Registered Manager who are passionate about the work they produce and want to be within this role for the right reasons. This role can be challenging; however, it is also a line of work that gives great job satisfaction and can really allow you to make changes within people's lives.

About the home: The team is supporting 13 people to develop individual life skills in a friendly environment of two bungalows. Within the house we continually and consistently promote the development of social skills, independent living and personal responsibility.

About the ideal candidate: You are a Registered Manager and are looking for a new challenge!
You are / have:
" Commitment to delivering high quality care
" Previous managerial experience in a similar environment
" Strong working knowledge of regulatory standards
" Fine-tuned decision-making skills
" Excellent organisational and communication skills
" Flexibility and strong "can do" attitude
" Problem solving & crisis management / Time management
" Ability to Identify and manage risks. Ability to convey information clearly, follow organisational policies & procedures and produce appropriate written communication
" Be respectful of and act in ways that recognise the importance of a person`s rights and beliefs. Ability to promote and represent the Company in a positive and professional light
