Job Description

An extremely exciting opportunity has become available for a registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a state of the art, new build service for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours who are making the transition into a supported living setting.

Although this is a brand new service, the company you are working for are established, respected and consistently deliver GOOD to OUTSTANDING ratings with CQC.

Employed on a full time basis, you will oversee the day to day running of the service, ensuring independence and dignity is promoted through the delivery of person centred care and support.

Managing and securing referalls, delivering care in line with both company and CQC guidelines, staff management and training, plus recruitment and finance management will all form a crucial part of your managerial role.

This is the perfect opportunity for a driven, passionate and motivated manager who can demonstrate a wealth of experience overseeing supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, complex behaviours and needs.

To be considered for this role, you must:
* Hold a relevant care management qualification
* Have excellent knowledge of CQC and the KLOEs
* Have been involved in a previous CQC inspection
* Demonstrate flexibility oversee on call requirements and attend external meetings
