Job Description

Job Title: Registered Supported Living Manager
Location: Multi-site (Staffordshire/Derbyshire)
Salary: Up to £42000
Hours: Full time with on call requirement

The client:
Due to internal growth and promotion, I am seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate supported registered supported living manager to oversee the successful day to day running of several supported living sites, within close proximity, in the Staffordshire and Derbyshire regions.


The Job:
Employed on a full-time basis, you will hold registration with CQC and report directly into the company directors. You will also be supported by a business development lead and senior regional manager.


Key Responsibilities and duties will include:
" Multi-site management
" Holding registration with CQC
" Referral management
" Delivering the highest quality of person-centred care, which supports choice, independence, and dignity
" Staff recruitment, training, mentoring and management
" Care and support planning, internal audits, and management of all relevant documentation
" Safeguarding management
" Liaising with external agencies and healthcare professionals
" Shared on call responsibilities

Skills & Experience requirements:
" Proven CQC registered manager experience and success in residential and/or supported living settings
" Significant background supporting adults with learning disabilities, ASD and complex needs/behaviours
" Hold the level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent
" Demonstrate a strong job history in CQC settings that identifies personal and professional development
" Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
