Job Description

On behalf of an award winning provider who specialises in the delivery of supported living care and support, I am seeking their next outstanding registered manager to oversee the day to day running of their new Stoke-On-Trent scheme.

You will join an established provider who has received reward and recognition for their innovative approach to supporting adults with a wide range of enduring mental health illnesses, Asperger's Syndrome, complex learning and physical disabilities, as well as autism and acquired brain injury.

You will work closely with the senior management team, leading your service effectively and ensuring that your service is caring and safe, and compliant with CQC following registration.

You will be a proactive, professional and highly motivated manager who is committed to making a difference to the lives of the people you support.

You will also be driven and use this excellent quality to seek out growth and development opportunities.

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled and experienced manager, with a proven background in supported living care and support, who is seeking to put their stamp on a new scheme for adults with learning disabilities.

A formal care management qualification, such as level 5 in leadership and management, excellent CQC knowledge and proven success in a similar role is essential to be considered for this exciting vacancy.

Your outstanding knowledge and experience will be rewarded with a competitive salary up to £30000 per annum dependent on relevant skills and experience, a generous annual leave allowance and on going support with professional development.

Interviews will be taking place in early 2020, so to avoid disappointment, please forward your CV via email today.
