Based close to the Birmingham/Worcestershire borders, this service offers great access from the M5 and M6 motorways, as well as the local road networks.

You will become a pivotal part of an established organisation who prides themselves on the delivery of unique and individualised support packages. You will drive and deliver person centred care and support which encourages independent living and choice amongst the people you support.

You will play a key role in the referral and assessment process, care and support planning, budget management and ensuring all care is delivered in line with both company and CQC policies and procedures. An expert in the field of forensic behaviours, you will use your knowledge to manage and inspire your staff team to deliver personalised care packages, considering the emotional, social and physical needs for the people you support. This distinctive and not to be missed management opportunity is offering a generous salary of £32000 per annum, increasing to £35000 on registration.

You will also receive a generous annual leave allowance and first-rate internal and external training packages.
