Job Description

I am seeking a Registered Manager to open, develop and manage a new residential provision in Hereford for young adults with physical disabilities and/or learning difficulties. The role also includes overseeing the transfer of our current residential provision (for 2 men) in Malvern, Worcestershire, to a supported living provision and manage the domiciliary care package thereafter.

The successful candidate will provide leadership, leading by example, managing and developing staff under their supervision, ensuring high levels of professionalism and personal conduct. They will be registered with CQC, working to ensure that the home delivers outstanding services.

You will hold at least a level 5 qualification or equivalent, have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in residential care, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience, as well as experience of working with young people who have physical disabilities and or learning difficulties.
